| The directors of the company have been boating for over 20 years initially on the Thames in England and the south coast of England in the Solent & Poole. They have been boating in Spain for over 4 years. They bought the first charter boat approximately 3 1/2 years ago for charter in Mallorca. They have been in the Charter business since then and bought the White Star in May 2005 and the Elegant Star in January 2005. The company has spent over a million euros since the purchase of the yachts. The money has been spent on the servicing & additional equipment and upgrades and special charter requirements as well as the latest flat screen TVs & DVD players, battery chargers, water makers and installation of the American style hot tub jacuzzi etc. etc. |
| The skippers and crew are all employed full time and experienced and talented in their professions, each of the skippers have over 15 years of individual experience as captains and the yachts have already undertaken many charters for various clients. |
| Our Mr. Jay Patel who is MD of our company and who himself has been boating for over 23 years now resides in Palma with his family and helps manage the company on a full time basis. |

| The owners of the boat Krishna Developments Ltd have the boats registered in their name under a British Flag and the yachts are registered as commercial crafts in the British Lloyds part 1 register. The company is registered to act as a Charter Company in Spain and has a Spanish CFI/NIF number. The White Star and The Elegant Star are MCA coded, Mecal coded, and have a Spanish Charter Licence as well as a Govern de Balear Charter Licence. |
